About the Role:

In this fully remote role, you'll be a key player in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and exceeding sales targets for Gixlr's recruitment services. You'll wear multiple hats, crafting compelling marketing campaigns, managing lead generation strategies, and nurturing relationships with potential clients.

Responsibilities:

▫️Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across various digital channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, content marketing) to generate qualified leads.

▫️Collaborate with the design team to create engaging marketing materials and content.

▫️Manage lead nurturing process and convert leads into paying clients.

▫️Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients through effective communication and presentations.

▫️Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.

▫️Support with sales pipeline management and reporting.

Qualifications:

▫️Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing and/or sales, preferably within the tech or creative industry.

▫️Proven track record of success in generating leads and achieving sales targets.

▫️Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices (SEO, PPC, social media marketing).

▫️Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.

▫️Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

▫️A passion for design and a strong understanding of the creative industry is a plus.

▫️Must be a self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn new skills.

▫️Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a plus.
