Social Media Manager at Skoutia

Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

•Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of managing and growing social media accounts for brands, preferably in the sports, entertainment, or digital industry.

•In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, as well as proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.

•Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling, and the ability to conceptualize and execute engaging social media campaigns and content ideas.

•Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

•Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

•Passion for sports, talent scouting, and digital innovation, with a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with and empowering our community of users.
