• Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of client objectives and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written, oral, and visual communication skills
• Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback
• Passion for your craft and a drive to improve the status quo
• Experience working in a fast-paced, fully remote startup environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in UX/Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Industrial Design, or similar fields
