Operations Manager(Remote)

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness across all functions.
• Identify and streamline operational processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Lead and manage the operations team, and foster a collaborative and high-performance culture in the organisation.
• Establish and maintain quality control standards to ensure the highest level of service and product quality.
• Manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial goals.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor key operational metrics and prepare regular reports for the CEO and Advisory Board.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
• Represent the CEO when need be.

Establish and maintain strategic partnerships that contribute to organisational and operational improvements 

Ensure customer support response time is within 24 hours for all inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Certifications in operations management, project management will be a plus.
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the financial services or tech sector.
